A four-night minimum is required on the weekends of the Chicago Marathon, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. All other holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay. A one-time, $100 weekend premium is charged for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night; the weekend premium is waved for stays of 7 nights or more.
